Once a month I organize a special dinner at a local plantation in order to draw attention to the island’s farmers and showcase their fresh produce. Tables are set up amidst the crops where guests enjoy a family-style dinner prepared with freshly picked harvest from the field. 

We start at 5.30PM with a plantation tour, followed by a family-style Chef’s Menu made with beautiful fresh produce.
